Taj Mahal to restore its shine with mud ‘facial’

INDIA’s famed Taj Mahal will get another round of “mud-pack treatment” to restore the shine to its white marble facade which has turned yellow after prolonged exposure to pollutants, reported Tamil Nesan.

Officials have blamed air pollution for the deterioration of the mausoleum built in the 17th century, and are now using this innovative method that will take two months to execute.
