KUALA LUMPUR: The Home Ministry will not hesitate to take stern action against non-governmental organisations (NGOs) that voice extreme views detrimental to the country's religious and racial harmony, Parliament was told Monday.
Deputy Minister Datuk Dr Wan Junaidi Tuanku Jaafar said all NGOs registered under the Societies Act 1966 were obliged to carry out activities that were in line with the Federal Constitution.
