Johor to form committee to obtain, study new evidence on Pulau Batu Puteh

NUSAJAYA: The Johor state government will set up a committee under the purview of the State Economic Planning Unit (UPEN), to gather and study fresh evidence on Pulau Batu Puteh.

Menteri Besar Datuk Seri Mohamed Khaled Nordin said the application to review the judgment on Pulau Batu Puteh must be made before a 10-year period from the date of judgment, based on Article 61(5), Chapter 111, Statute of The International Court of Justice.
