KOTA TINGGI: An attempt by two foreigners to smuggle diesel worth RM153,600 near Sungai Pasak here has been thwarted.
Marine Police Southern Region Two commander Asst Comm Paul Khiu Khon Chiang said his men arrested the duo during the 1pm incident on Wednesday.
