PUTRAJAYA: A workshop organised by the Transport Ministry to revisit regulations for tinted vehicles has proposed that the minimum light transmission level for rear windshields and passenger windows be reduced to 30% from the existing 50%.
The two-day workshop, which ended Tuesday, was attended by more than 100 participants representing various stakeholders including enforcement agencies, consumer groups, private entities and non-governmental organisations.
