KUALA LUMPUR: A businessman is negotiating a settlement with the Government and two others in a negligence and fraud suit over a luxury car lent to a controversial actress.
Federal Counsel Nur Aqilah Ishak, who appeared for the Government, Transport Ministry and Selangor Road Transport department (JPJ) director named as defendants, said they had received a proposal from the businessman over a possible settlement.
