PETALING JAYA: The Prisons Department plays its part to help young prisoners secure their release by preparing four-year progress reports to the Pardons Board.
Kajang Prison Supt Ranjit Singh said each prisoner would be brought before a five-man panel comprising teachers, counsellors and prison officers.
