KUALA LUMPUR: Corruption cases, needing forensic accounting investigations, have grown three-fold as a result of more people trying to hide their money trail.
The Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission, which handled fewer than 20 cases last year, expects the figure to hit 80 cases this year.
