KLANG: A 29-year-old former detainee under the Emergency Ordinance faces the death sentence after he allegedly murdered a lorry driver.
G. Rajasekaran, a security guard, was charged with murdering M. Ganeson, 31, in Jalan Dato Abdul Hamid 20, Taman Sentosa, on May 13.
