GEORGE TOWN: Bone cancer patient Thum Mei San finally had her “burden” lifted after undergoing an arm amputation surgery because of a 20kg tumour growing on her left shoulder.
Though weak from the five-and-a-half hour surgery at the Penang Hospital, Thum looked happy after regaining consciousness.
