GEORGE TOWN: Three Penang PKR state executive councillors incurred the ire of assemblymen for leaving on overseas trips before the current state assembly sitting ended.
Two of them – Datuk Abdul Malik Abul Kassim and Dr Afif Bahardin – were also not present to deliver their winding-up speech while Deputy Chief Minister I Datuk Mohd Rashid Hasnon rushed through his in a space of eight minutes on Wednesday night.
