TOKYO: The second wave of the 32-year-old Look East Policy (LEP) is fast getting off the ground with the setting up of a high-level committee between Malaysia and Japan.
The committee, which is to be set up soon, will reaffirm new areas of cooperation between the two countries under the policy, particularly in trade and investment and the development of small and medium enterprises (SMEs).
