Couple charged with exploiting maids

MUAR: A couple, who allegedly made three foreign women work for months without wages, have been charged in the Sessions Court here with exploiting the maids through forced labour.

Wong Seong Siew @ Wong Ah Kow, 68, and Lee Soon Sim, 56, who run a hair salon here, had allegedly exploited Indonesians Martini, 28, and Hatiah Lukman, 24, as well as Orance Nabunome, 24, from Timor Leste.
