PETALING JAYA: The launch of Operasi Cantas Khas in 2013 proved the determination of the police to bring down violent crime.
The operation showed signs of success with the number of violent crime cases falling by 30% in its first 52 days of execution from Aug 17 last year, stated the 2013 GTP annual report on the Crime National Key Results Area (CRI-NKRA).
