GEORGE TOWN: The newly-formed Penang Front Party (PFP) failed in its nomination bid to contest in the Bukit Gelugor by-election.
The party's supposed candidate Lim Chee Khoon, 53, was 15 minutes late to hand in his form at the nomination centre in Dewan Sri Pinang on Monday.
