KUALA LUMPUR: Badrul Hisham Shaharin and two other Solidariti Anak Muda Malaysia members had their charges under the Peaceful Assembly Act postponed to next Wednesday by the court before they were even read.
Badrul Hisham, or popularly known as Chegubard, together with Mohamed Bukhairy and SAMM propaganda director Edy Nor Reduan were slated to be charged for failing to notify police 10 days before organising a rally on New Year’s eve last year to protest against the price increase of goods and the introduction of Goods and Services Tax (GST).
