PETALING JAYA: More people are volunteering to join National Service training despite not being initially chosen to participate, said the National Service Department.
According to its director-general Datuk Abdul Hadi Awang Kechil, the department receives an average 3,000 to 4,000 applications each year from those who were left out of the list.
