NFCorp seeks to dispose of suit against Public Bank over information leak


KUALA LUMPUR: National Feedlot Corporation Sdn Bhd (NFCorp) is attempting to dispose of its suit on Thursday against Public Bank Bhd over the alleged leak of confidential information based on point of law.

Its counsel Wan Shahrizal Wan Ladin said that the bank via its defence statement had claimed that one of its former staff, Johari Mohamad, had printed out their banking information, which were similar with the documents circulated by PKR strategic director Mohd Rafizi Ramli on March 7, 2012, defaming his clients.
