KUALA LUMPUR: Law is his name and he has promised to enforce it – this is the pledge of the new City deputy police chief.

Deputy Comm Datuk Law Hong Soon has taken over the post from Deputy Comm Datuk Amar Singh, who has been transferred to the federal police headquarters Bukit Aman as CID deputy director (investigation and law).
