KUALA LUMPUR: A case involving National Feedlot Corporation executive chairman Datuk Seri Dr Mohamad Salleh Ismail who faces two criminal breach of trust charges involving RM49.7mil will be remitted to the Sessions Court here for mention.
High Court judge Justice Mohd Azman Husin made the ruling after dismissing Dr Mohamad Salleh’s application to stay the proceeding in the lower court.
