DPM: Candidates for Bukit Gelugor, Teluk Intan traditionally from these parties

MUAR: The Barisan Nasional will field candidates from the MCA and Gerakan for the upcoming Bukit Gelugor and Teluk Intan by-elections, which resulted from the recent deaths of the incumbents from the DAP.

“There is no reason to change; as in the past it had always been the MCA in Bukit Gelugor and the Gerakan in Teluk Intan,” said Barisan deputy chief Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin yesterday.
