JOHOR BARU: The completion of the new RM103mil state police headquarters has been delayed after the troubled contractor failed to finish the project on time and is now terminated.
The project, which consists of administrative blocks, a multi-storey carpark and staff quarters, had already been delayed for 10 months as the construction, which started in 2010, was supposed to have been completed in July last year.
