KOTA KINABALU: There is an urgent need to resolve housing woes in Sabah, where it is claimed the cost of a new home is higher than that in the peninsula.
“We have different policies and various additional factors contributing to this. Maybe it is time for a revamp of policies that are allowing these price differences to occur,” said Housing and Real Estate Developers Association of Sabah president Francis Goh.
