BEWARE! Imitation fragrances that are usually sold at pasar malam (night markets) have found their way into well-known shopping malls, Berita Harian warned in an exclusive report.
This was discovered following a raid on a processing factory in Bukit Angkat, Kajang, where thousands of bottle-packed perfumes said to have a market value of RM1mil were seized by enforcement officers from the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC), Domestic Trade, Co-operatives and Consumerism Ministry and the Immigration Department in a five-hour operation that began at 3pm on Tuesday.
