KUALA LUMPUR: Gerakan Youth plans to take legal action if PAS tables the Private Member's Bill on hudud in Parliament.
The party's youth chief Tan Keng Liang (pic), who submitted a notice of proposed legal action to PAS on Thursday, said their concern was about upholding the principles of the Federal Constitution.
