Kuala Lumpur: The skies above SK Taman Maluri were filled with colourful helium balloons to mark the launch of the Star-NiE and Pizza Hut Tale Spin 2014 storyboarding contest.

The annual NiE competition saw a participation of more than 164,000 students and 6,400 teachers the previous year.
