PETALING JAYA: Hudud will not be implemented by Pakatan Rakyat unless there is consensus among all three parties within the pact, said DAP secretary-general Lim Guan Eng.
The issue of Pakatan supporting hudud, he said, did not arise as DAP was against the implementation of the Islamic law.
