KUALA LUMPUR: More than 15% of Malaysian Indians are obese and at least 35% of the adults suffer from diabetes, said the Health Minister.

Datuk Seri Dr S. Subramaniam said health issues among the Indian community was one of the major concerns of the Special Imple­­­­­mentation Task Force for Indians (SITF).
