KUALA LUMPUR: Selangor Mentri Besar Tan Sri Abdul Khalid Ibrahim should have taken strong measures to defuse the controversy over the seizure of Malay and Iban language Bibles by the Selangor Islamic Religious Department (Jais), said PKR adviser Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim.
“I have told the Mentri Besar previously that the state could return the Bibles but with strict conditions that it cannot be distributed among Muslims.
