BUKIT MERTAJAM: Parti Keadilan Rakyat (PKR) should not revolve around a particular leader but should be entrenched in the grassroots, said its Wanita chief, Zuraida Kamaruddin.
Zuraida said she agreed with PKR deputy president Azmin Ali's statement that the party was not owned by de-facto leader Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim.
