Mediation process between ex-NFC boss and PKR leader fails


KUALA LUMPUR: The mediation process to settle a suit filed by National Feedlot Cor­poration and its former chairman Datuk Dr Mohamad Salleh Ismail against PKR director of strategy Mohd Rafizi Ramli and Malaysiakini has failed.

The parties met High Court judge Justice Zainal L. Salleh yesterday. Counsel Wan Shahrizal Wan Ladin and Y. Sheelan acted for NFCorp and Dr Mohamad Salleh while Ng Siaw Sun and Pek Chin Choo represented Rafizi and Aston Paiva appeared for Malaysiakini.
