PETALING JAYA: A police report has been filed against blogger Papagomo by Pandan MP Rafizi Ramli for committing perjury at the High Court here earlier this year.
"This is based on the confirmation by the Defence Minister that he was on the Scorpene submarine, which contradicts his testimony at the Kuala Lumpur High Court on Jan 27 this year," said Rafizi on Tuesday.
