KUALA LUMPUR: The family of Ahmad Sarbaini Mohamed, the Selangor Customs assistant director who was found dead while in the custody of the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) in 2011, is suing the Government, MACC and seven others for alleged unlawful killing.
They are also claiming for his alleged assault and battery, mental torture, misfeasance of public office and negligence.
