PUTRAJAYA: Datuk Seri S. Nallakaruppan has succeeded in bringing back to trial a RM60mil suit against him filed by Opposition Leader Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim, following a ruling by the Federal Court here to restore the senator’s statement of defence.
A five-man bench headed by Justice Zulkefli Ahmad Makinudin yesterday granted Nallakaruppan’s appeal to restore his statement of defence which was struck out by the High Court and Court of Appeal.
