KUALA LUMPUR: A total of 12 aircraft are involved in the search on Wednesday for a lost Malaysia Airlines (MAS) flight that is believed to have gone down in the southern Indian Ocean.
The Australian Maritime Safety Authority (AMSA) said in a statement issued here today that seven of the aircraft were military planes and the other five were civil aircraft.
