PETALING JAYA: A lodging house employee pleaded not guilty in the Magistrate's Court on Wednesday to two charges of cheating the chief executive officer of a company over the purchase of a Ferrari 458 Italia car involving RM55,500 three years ago.
Sidhartha Ramon John, 36, is alleged to have cheated N. Ezilan, 48, by asking him to hand over a Public Bank cheque for RM5,500 as the processing fee for the car when it did not take place at Naza Italia Sdn Bhd at Lot 3, Jalan 51A/221, Petaling Jaya on Jan 5, 2011.
