Noh Omar: Lower voter turnout shows it is a hollow victory for PKR


PETALING JAYA: PKR’s victory in Kajang has been described as a “hollow victory” due to the lower voter turnout, says Selangor Umno chief Datuk Seri Noh Omar (pic, left).

“The low voter turnout showed that the constituents do not approve of the by-election and they are tired of what Pakatan is doing to them.
