KUALA LUMPUR: Insurance company AIA Bhd on Tuesday gave the assurance of smooth processing of insurance claims for the next-of-kin of policy-holders who were on board the Malaysian airliner that went down in the southern Indian Ocean.
AIA said that as some of those on board were AIA policyholders, the company reassured the families that it would get in touch with them to expedite the processing of the life insurance claims within the next 24 hours.
