Bangsa Ria to know today whether it can remain in Section 12, PJ

Bangsa Ria home for children with disablity

PETALING JAYA: The Bangsa Ria day-care centre for children with disabilities will know Friday whether it can remain at its current premises at No. 40, Jalan 12/14, Petaling Jaya, when the Shah Alam High Court rules on a judicial review application filed by two neighbours.

The application, which was heard by High Court judge Justice Vernon Ong on Feb 19, is seeking to quash the planning permission granted by the Petaling Jaya City Council (MBPJ) allowing the premises to be used as a day-care centre for children with disabilities.
