Kelantan to conduct strict checks on snooker centres


KOTA BARU: Kelantan will direct local authorities in the state to monitor all snooker centres on the strict rules concerning gender segregation, gambling and and adhering to business hours.

State Local Government and Housing Committee chairman Datuk Abdul Fatah Mahmood, who disclosed this yesterday, said the state government had received complaints of “uncontrolled freedom” at snooker centres.
