ALOR SETAR: The four-point manifesto outlined by PKR president Datuk Seri Dr Wan Azizah Wan Ismail, who is also Kajang by-election candidate, should have been done long ago, said MCA president Datuk Seri Liow Tiong Lai.

“Selangor has been under Pakatan Rakyat rule for six years. and many issues involving rubbish collection, road conditions, and land and housing have not been addressed.
