Missing MH370: China wants Malaysia to expand search for plane

BEIJING: China wants Malaysia to expand and clarify the scope of the search for the Malaysia Airlines MH370 flight that disappeared with 239 people on board, the Chinese Foreign Ministry said on Monday in a statement posted on its website.

"Of course search and rescue efforts have become even harder now, and the area is much bigger," Reuters reported this citing Foreign Ministry spokesman Hong Lei.
