MUKAH: Former Dalat district officer Yussibnosh Balo, 46, has been named the Barisan Nasional candidate in the Balingian by-election on March 29.
The announcement by Deputy Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin at the Civic Centre here came two days before nomination for the seat, which was vacated by incumbent Tan Sri Abdul Taib Mahmud on Feb 28.
