PUTRAJAYA: The Court of Appeal here has fixed April 25 for decision in an appeal by the Government and the Inspector-General of Police (IGP) regarding a lawsuit filed by the family of A. Kugan who died in police custody.
A three-man panel, chaired by Justice Mohamad Ariff Md Yusof, fixed the date after hearing submissions from both parties Tuesday.
