KUALA LUMPUR: Seven African students and a local man have been arrested in connection with a drug smuggling syndicate.
The students would receive packages via courier service, which contained electronic items with the drugs hidden inside, said Federal Narcotic Crime Investigation Department director Comm Datuk Noor Rashid Ibrahim at a press conference on Friday.
