KUALA LUMPUR: Parti Keadilan Rakyat vice-president Chua Tian Chang and two other activists who were charged under the Sedition Act 1948, have filed notice of motion in a High Court here seeking an order that the criminal charges against them be set aside.
The three comprising Tian Chua, Adam Adli, and Hishamuddin Rais, filed the motion through Messrs Daim & Gamany at the High Court Registry on Wednesday.
