KUALA LUMPUR: Police have ruled out arson as the cause of the container fire near the 120-year-old St. Mary's Cathedral near Dataran Merdeka on Monday evening.
Acting City CID chief Asst Comm Khairi Ahrasa said the fire was caused by a burning pile of rubbish at about 6.30pm on Monday.
