KOTA KINABALU: The police have arrested 10 more suspects as they inch closer to solving the shootings by a group of so-called budak nakal (delinquents) that damaged more than 40 business premises and banks in the city early last month.
One of those detained in the latest arrests on Feb 17 was a foreigner, said Sabah police commissioner Datuk Hamza Taib.
