Hishammuddin wants air force reps in DCA

SEREMBAN: Datuk Seri Hishammuddin Hussein, who is widely expected to vacate his post as Acting Transport Minister soon, wants the Royal Malaysian Air Force (RMAF) to be represented in the Department of Civil Aviation (DCA) to bolster aviation security.

Hishammmuddin, who described his spell at the ministry thus far as “extremely productive”, said it would be good if the RMAF and DCA could collaborate in such a manner as this would allow them to better monitor the country’s airspace and security.
