PETALING JAYA: Frustration has set in for residents of Taman Impian Ehsan, Balakong whose hygiene levels have taken a dive due to a water crisis in the area.

They have faced dry taps for the last 15 days and are continuing to cope with dirty toilets, piled up laundry and the exhaustion of having to carry buckets of water up the stairs.
